I just started a speedy WR and now it is getting expensive to get speed up (costs 6 per level) and I heard about multi training. How do I do it and to what level should I go up to? Thanks

Click on Bonus Tokens, it will take you to the enhancement/unlock page. Use BTs to unlock your 3 most important stats for multi-training and enhance each of them 2-3 times. Then you can train those 3 stats plus one other together once every 4 days. The values are much better in multi training.
For a speed WR I would keep putting points into speed up to around 85ish.

If you use skill points to take speed to 85ish than I wouldn't unlock speed in your multi training but rather use the free slot to train it. You could stop putting skill points into speed at 81 and then unlock speed and multi train it for a few seasons.

For a WR the algs are so small that you still have to train it quite a bit for it to get appreciably over 100. I like to use the open spots to bounce through Carrying, Stamina, Vision, Jumping as I don't need to train any one of those stats as much as the top 3. Speed, Agility and Catching are so far above the other stats in importance that I wouldn't mind training them for as long as possible.
