I have a QB, a strength DT, and a strength DE.

My goal is to take throwing/strength up to 83 with SP's, then train from there. Do you guys recommend a lower or higher number for either the QB or defensive guys?

Either way, at what point should I start multi training? I have the bonus tokens to start now but I'm not sure if I'll be cheating myself out of a higher primary by stopping my intense training too early.

if you include your primary as part of your multi-training you can stop earlier with the SP application and keep training it til it hits 100 as part of multi-training

I would intense train your QB til it is at 74 and then multi train. I would intense train your DT and DE til 68 and then multi train.
