Might have already been requested but it seems to me that it's crazy we don't already have it.

Also can we add a @*agent'sname* feature to forums.
It would be nice to get notified when someone mentions you as well.

Um... we do already have it. When someone posts something in a team forum, the "NEW" button lights up next to that team forum on the main Forum page.

Nothing wrong with that, I suppose, though it would probably be a pain to add it to the forum code at this point, and it would be of limited usefulness. *shrug*
