Why is it when I click on the link to change other teams names/colors it takes me back to my home page?

That's because the agent has just signed with someone and the player ad is still cached.

False. Players are still listed on the marketplace.

I go to marketplace, hit search (showing centers), and all of the links in the agent column take me to homepage.

Must be something on your end. I clicked on all the CBs and the first 5 LBs and had no problems.

I just checked that, and yeah, clicking "Agent Name" sends me to my own homepage, if someone could verify and file a Bug, I'll process it. (cant process if I submit it myself.)

I'm using FF and having no problems.

Was bugged for me on Chrome, Firefox, and Dolphin (iPhone).
