Just a suggestion, Can we have like team events that will boost team chemistry, like the whole team going out to eat or maybe just the offense or just the defense or the defensive players went to the club? whatd yall think?

why?

why cant you boost the team chemistry. Like my team needs a boost and i cant do it..it will cost maybe 200 flex points for like 10 points of overall boost?

Chemistry was introduced in order to reward teams for sticking together and penalize teams that make massive player moves. While the game doesn't have nearly the same issues as it did when chemistry was introduced it still does serve to reward teams for making minimal changes.

As for getting a chem boost for flex, I just don't see that happening.

or maybe you would be able to boost like 1/2 of your lost chemistry not everything! For example, if you have 90 overall, the max you can boost is 5 points or like if you have 60 on defense, the max you can boost is 20. i think it should be implemented though. The chemistry grace period, considering how awful recruiting is, is not enough to fill a full roster with quality players. You are left to scrum for inactives just to put a uniform on someone and get a body on the field and later that season you cut them and sign better players. I think its definately something to consider.

On another note, how bad does the chemistry affects the team play?

I did. It's still a -1 from me.

I think GLB has reached a nice balance over time with how chemistry works and the role it plays in encouraging teams to keep rosters more intact. I just don't see the point in messing with that balance. Really wouldn't make the game any more fun, just one more "chore" to keep up with, and it risks screwing with the current balance that exists now.

Would probably be more realistic, but "more realistic" doesn't always equal "more fun."

Don't wait until Day 42/43/44 to start recruiting. Announce you're building a team and start lining up dots early. I'm already more than halfway through getting my level 1 roster set for me S34 team and I would be done if I hadn't slowed things down to make sure I'm getting the right agents building the right dots.
