A few suggestions I believe would help in recruiting. Forgive me if there are ways to do these as I may not know of them
Allow GM's to view who has an offer from that team by a designation next to the Fa's dot in the marketplace. It takes alot of time going back and forth to see if you have offered to a fa or not or even if another Gm has sent an offer you are unaware of.
If not the above maybe a designation for all newly posted Fa's for that day. Just a designation that says the dot posted within the last day, so if you are recruiting every day you would know if you have sent offers or not.
Allow GM's to offer to more than 1 player at the same time. There are several times that say maybe 1 owner has a few dots that are FA's yet you need to offer to each one instead of offering to all of them at once. A select box and offer to all option next to their dot??
A bonus of some sort for a starting possition. Maybe to moral, players fame or possible gm's choice. I believe this would help level some of the recruiting and put an emphasis on starting possitions swaying some to sign with maybe a regional pro team instead of holding out for a back up spot on a pro team. Counter to that there should be an opt out if you were promised a start and don't receive it leaving a chemistry hit to the team. some sort of negative effect to the team.
Add an effective level next to the actual level in the marketplace.
