I'm not sure that is doable. A "commitment" is something you give but don't fulfill until it's required. You could "commit", say, during the post season... and you would have to wait until allowed (by GLB rule) to sign with the team you committed to. If, during that "tween" time (between commitment and signing), the agent was unable to log in (perhaps losing power in a hurricane or some other storm) for an extended period of time, then there'd be no way to honor the "commitment" even if he/she wanted to. I'm sure there are other "glitches" in that idea, but that's the first one that came to mind. Still, the OP is worthy of a +1.
