I'm using Google Chrome, but I don't know what version (can someone tell me how to find that out?).

Anyway, when I'm "mousing over" something on the far right of the screen, the "mouse over" bubble always shows up above, and slightly to the right, of the cursor. Therefore, I can't read the "mouse over" text when on the right hand side of the screen, as it's off my frame of view.

Is there a way to always center the "mouse over" bubble? Or to keep it on the screen?

Google Chrome has an auto upgrade feature. So likely you will be on the same version as everyone else. However if you must know there is a tool button on the right hand upper corner. The fourth option from the bottom is "about Google chrome." A new page pops up and it will give you the information there. As far as the mouse over options work, I don't really remember the functions of that, but it seems it would be fairly simple.

It's not just Chrome that does it. I refer you to this bug ticket:

The solution suggested by Catch is to go to Wiki to read whatever it is you cant see.

LMFAO, somehow I am not surprised. That is really damn bad though.

Bug was closed and not filed. Only the reporter can see bug reports that aren't filed.

This issue only affects resolutions of 1024x768 and lower and not worth fixing since so few people use resolutions that low.

Note - I'm just the messenger.

The worst part is that when i want to see how many skill points i need for one of the SA's on the far right.. Wiki is no help there.

That is not a solution, that is a half-assed workaround.

After re-reading the bug ticket answer by Catch, I think he misunderstood what the problem was. So don't beat him up too bad.

The best work around for this problem is to hold down ctrl and hit the minus (-) button to zoom out.
