I am making two safeties (Balanced (combo) FS and Hard-Hitting SS). What I need to know is how am I supposed to train each player, and which attributes? What training boosts and multi-trains should I buy for each player? Also, an explanation of the caps would be much appreciated. I am not new, but I do not have much knowledge on how to train (or the caps) so any input would be appreciated.

6 77.29 80.53
7 80.54 83.25
8 83.26 85.58

25 103.59 104.21
26 104.22 104.81
27 104.82 105.39
28 105.40 105.94
29 105.95 106.47
30 106.48 106.98

Those are the caps.
Basically after 1st cap, it costs 2 sp to raise the attribute 1 point. Then at 2nd it costs 3. 3rd 4. etc etc.

also you're going to want to be multi training 4 attributes i believe(?) which means you have to unlock multi training for 3

Is that the first training boosts I should buy is 3 multi-trains and then buy percentage boosts?

no typically:

before you even train for the first time, you buy an enhancement in speed (so you have 6 bt left)
you train until you have 12 bt, then you buy the 2nd speed enhancement (so you have 0 bt left)

then idk wat after

Creation season
1) Create any time between day 40 thru day 48. Save initial 15 skill points.
2) Use bonus tokens to enhance your training on speed 10% (1 star)
3) Intense train speed til you have enough tokens to enhance your training on speed to 20% (2 stars)
4) On day 48 you spend those initial saved 15 skill points and cap speed at 48
5) Boost 3 times on day 48 AFTER capping speed at 48. Save all skill points once it is capped.

1st Season
1) Continue to intense train speed til you have enough tokens to enhance training on speed to 30% (3 stars)
2) Continue to intense train speed til speed til you have enough skill points to reach the next cap which around 60.
3) Save any skill points left once it is capped around 60
4) Continue to intense train speed until you have enough skill points to cap speed at 68. Save any leftover skill points.
5) Use tokens to unlock your agility, vision, and tackling.
6) Begin multi training agility, vision, tackling, and use the free slot for speed.
7) As you get the tokens enhance the training on agility 10% and then 20% and then 30%
8) As you get the tokens enhance the training on vision and tackling the same.

This will get your build going for awhile

Thanks, this inforformation is very useful. Just one more question, what level should I train at, and does that change based on my attributes?
EDIT: Nevermind, just answered, thanks everyone for all your help!

There are many training strategies. A simple way to decide starts with the question of "One high primary attribute, or many high attributes around 90?" And this is usually answered by your position and archetype. A position like safety where you want 100+ base speed you will want to intense train your speed most of, if not all of your first season, while adding all SP you get as soon as you can hit the next cap.

I'd really suggest against a combo archetype FS. Vision is such a crucial attribute for typically zone'd secondary players. With the combo archetype, vision is a minor so you'll receive less points each level up to the attribute. It'll be much more difficult to raise it up to 90+.

You might explain why, saying what you said adds nothing to help the OP.

what whodey explained is better - although not optimal - but you can get 100 speed following his advice without sacrificing everything else
