As it stands now, a player cannot train until they are on a team, and I get that.
However, why can we not at least set what we want our auto-training to be once we can start training? This would be particularly beneficial to military personnel, truck drivers (and other that work on the road a lot).
Seems like a no-brainer.

Decent idea. How about just making it simpler, and allowing 0 Day old players the ability to train without being on a team? This would allow any players created between D40 and D0 of the following season to train without needing to be on a team. They already have "safeguards" in place to prevent people from getting training breakthroughs at this age, so why not allow players to train.

LOL no.
you can't train if you are not on a team after day 1, and if you are on a team, you get full xp, so there are no slow build any more.

You missed the Day 0 part of his idea.

By the time they would be avoiding game XP, the idea would have turned "off" the ability to train without being on a team.

So its not a slow building issue at all.
