It can be a waiver that enables an owner and/or GM to view a potential candidate for a coaching job. The executive could view the AI of the coach before hiring him. Can be implemented in a tab on the homepage.

You can take a screen shot if you like and share it through a 3rd party website link.

This would be abused like a mofo. Any owner that comes out of the woodwork wanting to see AIs before they sign you up I would be leery of, tbh. Goes back to the days when owners would steal AIs.

If one could view another's AI, and then use that as a basis for hiring it, you would give yourself an advantage.
I.E.
OC #1 seeks a position with the Seskatechawan Sentinals. He agree to this waiver option, and allows the team owner to view his AI. Due to the fact the owner found his AI to be superior He is hired
OC #2 is also seeking a position with this team, he also agrees to the waiver, and the team owner views his AI. He is not hired for the Sentinals, but is later hired by the Manitoba Merecats, who are in the same league as the Sentinals.
The owner of the Sentinals, seeing the former prospect with the Merecats, and knowing his AI, directs his DC to compensate for the AI, and therefore leading his team to an easy win.
Abuse of such a system would be rampant, and any OC/DC who refused to reveal his AI would of course never find a job, because everybody would want to know everybody else's top secret AIs, so they could win easy.

If Owner of the Sentinals can view the AI and determine it's worthiness/unworthiness... then he knows enough about making an AI to not NEED an OC.
