I have my first playoff game and need any advice with scouting to make my offensive AI unstoppable

Watch replays and look for consistencies.

Look at specific situations + formations (e.g. 1st and 10, Shotgun) and see how the defense reacts. If there are reasonable consistencies, you can come up with offensive play choices to beat them.

Scout yourself as hard as you scout your opponent. If your opponent is any good, they'll have done the same. Why? Because the tendencies you're looking for to help you get a edge are just as likely to be on your own team as it is theirs. Do you run on 3rd and short (3 or less yards) 80% of the time? Does you're opponent? If you only look at their team, then you'll be ignoring your own weaknesses (read, tendencies) and you're opponent won't be, for sure.
