I was in GLB in seasons 23 - 27, but dropped out because of family health issues. Those are now resolved and I'm seriously thinking of returning, getting a Rookie League team, if possible, and seeing if I can work it up the ladder of victory a bit.

Question is, seems like the number of players has dropped since last I was here and is it still a going concern? There are enough teams in the 'real' leagues at present, I think, but what's the forecast?

Much better than S23-27. Buy a flex package and team and give it a run!

Great news! I really enjoyed GLB and owning a team in the PW, just don't want to come back, spend a bunch more money and find myself listening to an echo in these forums. Ya know what I mean; don't ya?

So is Day 40 still the best day to make dots? And when are the Rookie teams up to buy ... I mean to say, what day in the season? And thanks for the encouragement, both of you!

Definitely! Activity is the forum is pretty lively now. Not as good in the early seasons, but you will generally get a response to questions within a few minutes. Good luck with your return to GLB.

I know that's right, T2; it challenged the hell out of me when I first made a dot and then with a PW team. Can't wait to try a Rookie, with money management and stadium construction and concession prices and cheerleaders' uniforms and mascots and ... all that.

Thanks, Dadd!!
