Some say lvl 31/41. Others at 51. And I've also seen some suggesting rolling at levels 61/71 so wich one is the best choice?
Since the dot is a Power HB I'm hoping for a +5% Break Tackle piece, a +3 speed or Power Through.

With my current batch of dots, I have rolled at 31, 41, and 51. Of the three, I prefer 41. 51 seems to give too many dual bonus AE, which only makes it that much harder to find the perfect AE (nothing worse than +5% Pass Deflect with +2 Stamina). 41 seemed to give more 5% and +3 only AE than 31 without too many crappy dual bonus AE.

I would think 71 would be the other best option, since you should get the best chance to get the perfect dual bonus AE.

Thanks for the advice. Guess I'll go one time at 31 and then try some luck at 41.
