As a team owner, how does morale bonuses work? Are they stack-able?

Lets say I have half time entertainment that gives +6 to morale and then the players contract (player A) is a +2 to morale and then I add a promotion that is a +5...would this mean that player A has a total morale upgrade of +13?

Also, what is a player has 100% morale rating, how does morale bonuses work? Given the same instance as above, would it in theory take a player with 100% an additional 13 points of morale to drop below 100%? If that makes any sense?

Please help explain this in terms an idiot could understand.

My understanding is that you're correct on both points. Morale bonuses are indeed stackable. And a player with 100% morale and a +13% bonus will basically have a 13-point "buffer" for keeping their morale at 100% in the game.

And now, somebody else will come along and tell me I'm totally wrong I'm sure. But that's my understanding of how it works.
