For the preset packages, you can edit the outputs under the general tactics settings. When you edit this, does it apply to casual as well?

For example, say I go into the preset offensive package for the "Spread" offense, and remove certain plays and/or change the %output chance and save it, will my CASUAL team use my adjusted presets when I use them for an individual game setting? Or does the "Spread" package use the default "Spread" preset regardless of any changes I make under tactics.

No, in casual when you chose a preset you just get whatever that preset is going to do. You have to weigh the risk/reward of each preset comparatively to your team builds and that's what you got. Of course, some manipulation can occur from player tactics.

I think it's a legit question...which "preset" package is used in casual? The default preset package which remains uneditable or the base preset package INCLUDING any changes which have been made?

I don't think this can be done.

You can only pick what formations you want to use (Weak I , Spread) for examples when not using the presets and then the percentage of times they will be used. Keep in mind though that it will still use some more than others no matter what you have it set on even if you put zero auto adjust.
