That can't be possible.

They contracted the National Pros so that all games would be between great teams, remember?

yeah sure SEA has
PP, CC, Wu, CoP and TKW(who appear to be in 0 cares mode) i do not see any other teams as a threat to advancing to WL

We'd have to have a later sort to get it 100% right, but these results seem to indicate better parity -

12/11/2012 at The Cult of Personalities, Wu! L 17-29
12/13/2012 OffTopica Miracle W 30-24
12/15/2012 at Legacy's Huntington Beach Surf W 58-6
12/17/2012 Sumatra Seahawks L 9-42
12/19/2012 at NY-CA Ground Pounders W 26-17
12/21/2012 Gold Coast Michelin Men W 20-17
12/23/2012 at Northwood Trojans W 69-14
12/25/2012 Gold Coast Vipers L 21-62
12/27/2012 at Dallas Trojans W 255-0

Remove the last Dallas game and those scores look pretty competitive....

Agree Northwood was a bit lopsided, but Gold Coast was a close game until the 4th quarter.

ETA - besides, I don't think anyone could argue that the current situation is WORSE than what we had before...

Not worse.

But not so much better that it was worth throwing half the Nat Pro teams into Reg Pro

And definitely not worth destroying the rivalries and league identities by halving the teams and turning them over the way they rotate now.

There will always be teams better than the rest and there will always be teams at the bottom

Your teams are the latter

Northwood started the season with extreme poor chemistry and it still currently sucks at 74. Not making excuses for loosing, but, I think the scores would have been a lot closer had we not needed to sign so many new players in the off season.

Gameplan AI > Tactics > Build > Team Chem

All Factor in yes, Getting good coords, making use of player strength with Builds and VAs to support sound tactics and recruit better dots and you can still win with poor chem

Agreed. dots, Ai and gamplan is key.
It seems it's way to easy to convert 3rd and long against a team with poor chemistry. (actully just 3rd down in general) Also missed tackles seem to go up and overall 4th quarter play goes down with poor chem.

Stepping into a natty pro league with poor chemistry against the likes of Orlando, Gold Coast, Sumatra, Black Hand and GnP etc. is a tall order.
