No... but your question is partially true. Agility does factor into break tackle... but not as much as strength. Speed also factors... as does angle of tackle (a head-on tackle is more easily broken than a side-on tackle... maybe even a tackle made from behind). Not to mention VA's, SA's, and equipment... and other factors such as stamina vs stamina, ect, ect. I say all this to hopefully point out that trying to build a dot to achieve something such as break-tackle by altering good build strategy isn't a good thing. You 40/40 RQB would look good early in his career... but suck the older he got. While the builders that concentrated on speed more intently would have the better build in the end. Break tackles do happen at lower levels of play... but they're more circumstance and chance than build style. My returner's can break a few tackles when they're young... but they get much better at it when they're older because I stuck to solid build plan. Hope this helps ya.

I guess to answer OP most of the attributes count towards breaking tackles. Some more than others though. However building all stats equally is not the answer.
Why are you trying to build a rookie team like it's a PeeWee team... and even then, that's not the ideal way to build a rQB for the PeeWee leagues. You don't break tackles that low on a consistent basis.
