What are some good ones? Never had a linebacker get past level 24 before.

In no particular order:
Power Tackler
Sure Tacker
Textbook Tackler
Track Star
Quick
Pass Rusher
Tech Man
Jump The Snap
Slow Starter
Clutch
Fearsome
Probably a couple others I'm leaving out that some good dots might be using. Which you choose depends largely on the scheme/role and how you've chosen to build your blitzer.

I've got two blitzing LBs recently hit plateau, one has more speed/strength the other more agility/jumping... the agile guy is doing a lot better with sacks and hurries. I highly recommend getting agility (adjusted) to 106+ and adding 15 Technique Man

That's not going to be enough agility to be meaningful for TM against most O-linemen at the top tiers.

Streaky is just shit. I'd ignore it altogether now.

Disagree. When it proccs, at this level, it's enough to make a difference.
At what level are you referring? Because blitzing isn't something you want to MISS out on... especially in a sim where it's very volatile when you don't get the proper pressure for a blitz.

If you have a heavy auto adjust, I could see it having a better chance, but there are so many other VAs to take that you don't need to make it so your blitzing LB is non-existent roughly half the time.

You ARE aware this gives you a 3% advantage to all attributes on average, right ? Technique man won't work versus well built LOTs. The fact that people have advised clutch and slow starter, and you have said nothing about those, which are terrible choices for a blitzer LB, makes me wonder exactly what you build your LBs like...

And Slow Starter has its merits in certain schemes. It's much harder to make it worthwhile, but it is a valuable VA if used properly. Clutch is just a waste. Never bother with that even moreso than Streaky. And on average means nothing in the post-season. Cool it helps you get there, but in the post-season where you depend entirely on where a dawt is at a given spot... it can really hurt you.
And I've shown my LB builds. You can check all my old ones as well.

Happy now Hagalaz?
