Is there any appreciable difference between a 160+ speed LB with the blitzing SAs versus one without? Any reason to load up on Tunnel Vision, Head of Steam, Big Sack, FF%, etc.?

TV is a waste. Head of Steam, First Step, Disguise Blitz, FF%, BB%, MT%, Big Sack all have their merits.

I remember talk a few seasons back that Disguise Blitz didn't actually work for LBs, is that fixed?

It works, but the question is how well it works... I still don't think it works well enough, but it still has some value.
