ok so my back up lvl 10 qb is cutting into my starting qb lvl 32's playing time how do i limit this?

Have the level 32 train the shit out of stamina.

Set the level 32 as the starter on the depth chart and adjust your energy settings.

i did that and i set when subs come in

Honestly I would just cut the banned user's dots. Any time you see someone with that banned red across their avatar it means they have been permanently banned from the game. You might as well cut ties with their dots because they aren't going to be around to train, upgrade EQ, set tactics, etc.
