Does auto-adjust tweak your % bias by adding a flat rate to it, or by adding a portion of the bias to it?

Example:

Would adding 5% of auto adjust to you bias take 100% to 105% and 20% to 25% or would it take 20% to 21%?

I remember reading something on it, and my memory tells me it was a Bort quote from a Q+A

Said it always adjust the same and not affected by % in packages. My memory ain't always great though

Not sure what you mean by "adding 5% of auto adjust" but yes, it is is additive in the sense that it would be raising the bias of the play by 5 (if 5 was the impact from the set auto adjust choice).
