I think it would be a good idea to revisit the fair catch coding (at least for the upper levels). You should be able to return a punt when there is no defender within 6+ yards in any direction. I apologize in advance if this has been addressed recently, I know there is low care for ST's anyway.

fair catch is definitely buggy +1

should be able to set when you call a fair catch, just like that endzone depth slider.

And the closer the Defender...The more chance to cough up the Ball.
