work for TEs? It says no where in the desc. that it does.

Always WR first and then whoever is highest in the QB's check down order.

Could the "go to guy" VA be used sucessfully by a TE? If one looks at the literal wording of it, it seems to imply that it was designed only for WRs. Another implication seems to be that even if a TE *could* benefit from the VA that the presence of even one WR on the field that also had the VA would trump the TE having it.
Answer:
It can be if the TE is the only one (or one of few receiving threats) with the VA. If there is a TE and WR on the field at the same time and both have the VA, the WR will take precedence.
