I thought they got rid of excitement when we left Beta? It was in the change log for October I thought?
Think of it this way.
When GLB releases their new game, a whole new crowd will be attracted to that game. Because of the cross-promotion and shared in-game currency, GLB will also gain new users. I'd imagine the forum will have shared elements so the forum activity should pickup, too.
Oh and GLB will be releasing a game with some actual dinero on hand this time, so I would expect some advertising dollars.
