Confidence too high and SAs too low. He'll also be limited without more speed.

How about 120 Strength 120 Speed?

1) Who does a FB typically block?
2) What is the strength of the dots that they typically block? Do you need 100+ strength to hold a block for a few seconds for the HB to run by or do you want a FB to pancake a player?
3) Are they used for inside rushing blocks or outside rushing blocks or both?
4) Inside blocking FB need less speed while outside blocking FB's need more speed.

It helps to know what your looking for and find a build that fits the program

I'm trying to build that dot that goes out on the lead block on the sweep in a blur, levels the SS, levels his little CB friend then runs downfield and destroys the ROLB and FS coming across the field, leads the HB into the end zone after an 80 yard run, runs through the end zone to grab and throw the other teams mascot into the stands, in pieces.

That dot. I want one of those.

So do real NFL teams and they are still looking just like you

Never going to happen regardless of build. What will happen is your FB will speed out in front of your HB, completely ignore the LB to get to the FS 10 yards down the field, and the LB will tackle your HB while your FB is trying to hold his block on the FS.

swap QC AE for Get Low

needs more Lead Block

Confidence way too high
vision too high - because.......agility and blocking too low

too slow

swap RZF for Special Teamer as most blocking FB also play ST

I like the current Str/Spd ratio for inside running because if he's too fast, he completely ignores anybody on the DL and goes straight for a secondary guy leaving the HB to get nailed by a DT/DE plus a pancake can really open the middle up. With the right timing, he can engage that DT/DE, chip him, cake him, then occupy the LB or Safety. If you're thinking outside, then you probably gotta get around that 120/120 split.

The following is with a 119 Speed FB and a 155ish HB http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2193575&pbp_id=6916574
Another example with same FB but 130ish HB http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2193575&pbp_id=6917100

FB timing is pretty good as he stays just far enough ahead of the HB to be effective without overshooting deep into the secondary. In the second example, the timing is absolutely perfect. Engage too late, and well...miss the block. Engage too soon? Hope for a cake or defender will just tackle the HB while being blocked.

Example of an inside run where same FB chips the DE then goes for the MLB: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2193588&pbp_id=5850865

Beyond that, I agree with most everyone in that he needs more SA's

Like others have said, I'd drop confidence to get more SAs. As far as EQ distribution goes, best not to set it in stone until you hit plateau and get a good look at how he's performing.
