my team was leading 28-0 and we got the ball back with under 1 minute to go before halftime... my AI tells it to run out the clock when leading and not much time left, and it was calling the right plays....but it kept calling time outs and the other team got the ball back... luckily they didn't do anything with it, but how can I tell the AI to just let the clock expire?

I'd hate to have the same situation with the game on the line.

You have zero control of timeouts. Other OC's would want to try and score again before halftime....even if it was a FG so if they had not called timeouts than those OC's would complaining about it not calling timeouts.

Until they give control of timeouts to coordinators than you just have to deal with it.

if I put something in the suggestion forum that would somehow link the most obvious clock killing play (QB kneel down) to telling the AI NOT calling timeouts, is that something that GLB can/would even be able to code?

It will be ignored to death like everything else.

Unfortunate, but true statement.

I know... this should probably be in a suggestions forum but... it puzzles me that this issue isn't resolved. Reason for puzzlement? GLB already uses a format that would work perfectly for this. We already can specify what plays are called, at what down/distance, in what quarter, by what score, and other inputs. So why can't time outs be handled the same way? have an AI input for timeouts that you can put in by field position, time on clock, score, down and distance, and all that. That would solve the problem, yes?
