he hasnt been getting many stats and i was wondering if someone could help tell me how to build him well. I tried to balance him out as you can see but he just isnt getting the stats that he should so i was wondering if someone could just give me a couple tips, or tell me how i should spend my next skillpoints, or tell me what my goals should be.

I would take off the equipment boosting your Vision. It is higher than I have seen on a NT. Also you don't have custom equipment boosting a SA tree. Get that in whichever you want to be. And get more strength.

He needs more strength and agility. Too much tackling, IMO, so he is set there for a long time. Pick specific SA's that you want to work on instead of spreading them all over. For instance, I wouldn't put any more into Big Sack. Unless you get a lot of sacks, it is not worth the cost.

I agree with moving the equipment off of vision, unless it is cost prohibitive.

Pump strength for 5 levels.

strength for a while, you need into the 60s on str in a couple of lvls. agility is close, a bit low but close, vision is good overall, you odn't need anymore tackling till like lvl 45 or something, speed is good so you are solid there, and you are solid on the SAs for several lvls. When your STR is up I'd toss a couple into shedblock and breakthru, but focus on str it has got to be higher.
