You can try having the team owner contact support http://goallineblitz.com/game/support.pl however I doubt support would drop you to Regional Pro regardless. That's right along the lines of 'cheesing'.

thanks i sent to owner the link to support, we really just want to be in a competivtie league. wuth the combo of world league teams that have dropped down and casual pro teams that have been on pro for a few years we just can not compete

Your going to have to find a suitable team to swap with, they won't demote you otherwise.

World League teams don't demote to Casual Pro. Casual is its own pillar, completely separate from regular leagues.

They do sell their WL teams and purchase CasPro teams....
