I suggest we have more Support Mods. Not taking away from the ones we have but it's taking way too long to get a Response. I was trying to Transfer Ownership of a Team about Mid-Season and no one ever did get back with me and the Team was lost.

Mods don't handle customer support.

That's prolly why you're not getting a response, tbh.

In my experience, Support has been pretty good with replies taking a maximum of a day.

Besides, as Dub says, Mods handle Customer Support. It's Admins.

(game can't pay much, I mean I doubt with the low cost of this game it could pay many bills)
