I don't know if anyone's suggested something like this before, but...
Coordinators probably put more time into this game than your average participant, so why not give them a "nod" when they are successful? I know... "Win the CCG or the 'Big One' and you've got your recognition." I get that, and I agree.
But what about when the #1 scoring Offense in the league carries a team deep into the playoffs, (for example), and their Defense has only been mediocre? They may get bumped in the CCG, (or earlier), but doesn't that OC deserve a little recognition for his achievements? The same could be applied to the reverse - superior Defense with a mediocre Offense.
The stats are already available on the Team League Stats page, so I doubt that much, (if any), coding would be involved.
I'm not one of those people who wants to see everyone get an award for just showing up! But coordinating is very time consuming if it is to be done right. It takes a measure of devotion and I just think that success should be rewarded. Consistent success throughout a season is not an accident.
Most Points Scored --- Most Passing Yards --- Most Rushing Yards
Fewest Points Allowed --- Fewest Rushing Yards Allowed --- Fewest Passing Yards Allowed
...something like that. Pretty much like stat awards for dots.
Just a thought...
(This is my first suggestion so don't smack me around TOO bad... mmkay?
)

But we'll have trusted agents who will "wear" the OC and DC titles just to acknowledge their contributions to the team, even though those two agents won't do any actual work as the OC or the DC. So, at the end of the season, all my hard work running the offense myself means that the agent who happens to be "wearing" the OC title will get a trophy thanks to my work on the Offense?
Here's a solution to the potential problem noted by Novus:

better yet... since people can have their system on their personal tactics now, it shouldn't be too hard to give a trophy if a team using their system for at least 50% of the games won any kind of awards / trophies etc (Or led the league in a relevant statistical category.)
And...

+1 to owners being able to have OC or DC title as well
