Before you even get the 15 Sp. You are forced to assign 21 sp.
What is the most efficient way to spend them?

Especially for:
Possession Wr
Scrambling (not rushing) QB
Elusive HB

Thanks
pls no trole mi

Put them into your main attribute (until it gets to 25) and put the rest into your secondary attribute.

For an Elusive HB put them into Speed until it gets to 25 (the max) and spend the rest in Agility.

Elusive HB = Speed to 25(will be up to 27 if you +2'ed it) and the rest into agil.
Scrambling QB = Throwing and probably agility or strength, or speed it all depends on how you're planning on using him.
Possession WR = This one I'm not positive, but I'm guessing Catching, and the rest in speed, but this one I'm not positive, I'm also not positive on the QB.

If you don't plan to rush with your QB than you don't want to go with a scrambling QB.

most people max the primary attribute (to 25) then put the rest (amount varies by archetype) into the highest priority secondary attribute.

with a few rare builds you might spread the remainder between 2 or more attributes

so, probably (max the first, put balance in second):
poss WR: speed, catching
scrambling qb: really depends on what you mean by 'scrambling not rushing'-- maybe throwing, agility
elusive hb: speed, agility

This.

QBs don't exactly 'scramble' in GLB. For a Rushing QB go up to 25 with Speed and the rest in Agility imo.

Thanks for the responses.

By scrambling I meant a Jan Kugo type.

Where he can do damage outside of the pocket,
but prefferably is in the pocket passing.

Agility/Speed and Throwing I guess then.

How high agility are you talking (in the end)?

Will you be boosting him throughout his career?

This is a game ran by coded math equations. You can't build a QB to do things like a real life QB. You either pick a scrambling QB and use him to run or pick a passing QB and pass. You can build a hybrid QB but the overall consensus is that its just not worth it. You need to be really good at passing or really good at rushing.

This one no. The 2nd one yes.

Basically im running this guy as a trial and error,
so when i put the flex in, I dont get poo player out.

Not necessarily... Theres a tactic thats scrambling.. "Never, Sometimes, Often"
You can build a QB, and if you knew how to build a QB like this, it WOULD be beneficial, if he can get out of the pocket (Scrambling) and run with it, or throw it away, or make a short pass or find someone open, instead of being sacked.

This is what I was aiming for,
now that I know this I can retire the QB and use the flex elsewhere
