how come this cpu team cannot be bought?

Because it's a World League Team, I'm pretty sure you can't buy a team in the World League as it's the ''elite'' league of GLB.

so after it goes cpu, what happens to it if no-one can buy it?

I'm guessing it will demote all the way down to the Rookie Leagues, unlike other Human Controlled Teams that will demote to the Pro Leagues.

I mean, a GM could still buy it, they get first option on those kind of things but there isn't even a GM for that team.

You can't buy anything above reg pro. This is to prevent uncompetitive teams from staying in those leagues.

I was going to make a comment about Catch buying the team and stocking it with retired players but I thought that would be pushing my luck. Glad I didn't post that.

those dots were all wl quality for the most part, they gave some teams a tough fight

What does that have to do with an admin buying a WL team and bringing dots out of retirement to fill the roster?

they werent out of retirement it was from a dude who ragequit and one who went MIA

If you don't see the problem with what Catch did then I don't know what to tell you.

The point is instead of doing the right thing he took control of other people's dots that they had spent money on.

So he did an inactive agent the disservice of putting some WL stats on their dots that weren't doing anything anyway?
