For basic pieces allow it to be turned on if you want the same attribute to get the +1 every level.....so you can set it on all 4 pieces. Same w/ AEQ, allow it to add as soon as you get 30 BTs......

+1 it sucks having the few dots I have. Can't imagine having to do it for 100 different dots that people have.

this, already up for vote. And iirc, Catch said something about not being able to auto upgrade eq yet, or it's not quite a priority
