Well, your Player Value is in the Level box on your profile page.
Example: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4342384
In the Level box, see how it says "15/16" in big numbers, and then "332" in small numbers underneath that?
15 is your Level.
16 is your Effective Level.
332 is your Player Value.
As for Average Player Value, well, dots don't have an Average Player Value, but teams do. A team's Average Player Value is just the average of all of the Player Values for all of the dots on that team.

Player value is listed under his level/effective level on his profile page. Your oldest player's is 1278.74.
