Warrior General Games

I suggest that GLB holds a trophy creation contest. Entries for each league level be voted on by people in the respective leagues and the winner shall be the new trophy for each level from rookie to WL. Pretty ridiculous that after all this time all the trophies still look the same.

This would add some excitement on two different fronts. The contest as well as the new trophies would be a nice little extra for the userbase. Since the users will be creating the trophies I don't see this as a drain on GLB's time or resources.


Here's how it boils down:

WL trophy

European trophy; North American trophy; Pacific trophy; South Atlantic trophy; Casual Pro trophy

Reg Pro trophy

Semi-Pro trophy

National Minor trophy

Regional Minor trophy

University trophy

Prep trophy

Rookie trophy

Peewee Gold trophy

Peewee silver trophy

Peewee copper trophy


(I could go along with leaving PW copper and rookie trophies as they are now, tbh.)

And a unique trophy name as well.

And a unique name for the championship game as well.

NFL Championship game winner wins the NFL Championship Trophy is cool.

But the Super Bowl winner getting the "Lombardi Trophy" is cooler still.

0 cares because I never Win any, lol.

My only fear is that the Admins already have 0 cares for the lower and mid levs... not sure this would help that at all..

I'm just looking for anything that makes the leagues unique again. I know this isn't going back to having all leagues associated with regions (which is really what myself and so many really want) but at least it would be throwing us a bone.

Regions was by far better, gave each team more identity and created rivalries as team moved up together.

The leagues are boring now IMO

Great idea. Will be nice to see some variety in the Jazz Cats trophy case next few seasons.
