Ever tried turning regular chips into salt and vinegar chips by pouring vinegar on them?

No... but using the vinegar as a dip does pretty good. I never buy chip dip anymore... just use sour cream (or cream cheese) and mix with favorite salad dressing. (I should write a Bachelor's Handbook someday.... )
