Too much speed and not enough agility. Typical behavior at those levels of dots where speed is being taken real high while agility is still being trained. Happens a lot more than you think
I had a thread about this earlier and they said the same thing player build, but its kind of funny that it happens at lower levels and high levels at the same time and it is due to builds?

Show me 1 example of this happening at a higher level?
These kind of plays went to the old bug thread a hundred times. They all got shot down as "working as intended".
It is odd, that pretty much all the other plays, that same dot pulled a 40-49 cut, which pretty much stopped him in his tracks, and pursued the play from a sane angle.
On that one, he did 56 ticks of 0-9 degree cut and flew out of bounds like he was on ice skates. Did his agility suddenly drop that much?
I'm almost thinking Bort has it to where you can critically fail a vision roll to calculate pursuit angle. I did notice my low level dots on pass focus pulling this crap vs sweeps/QB runs, a lot more than the ones on balanced, who did it more than run focused ones.

I agree with your assessment. I just haven't seen this behavior from older dots who have their builds rounded out more. I could be very wrong but I just haven't seen it from older dots.

I posted examples unfortunately they were a private sim match and no one could see it. Someone posted about 5 links of it happening in the higher levels also.
Don't know. Even 0 agility shouldn't produce a result like that, but weird stuff happens sometimes. The fact that it doesn't appear to happens at high levels means it won't get addressed since it would be tough to figure out the exact cause and it isn't a high priority in a game where only one guy has to make all the changes for every level.
Considering he's a lvl 13/15 dot, his agility probably is low while he is capping spd in upwards of the 8/1 cap. But I've seriously never seen a dot play like what he did in the above link.

I have definitely seen it. Seen a SS and a DE do it. The DE ran a loop around the entire O-Line because he had like 83 speed and 31 agility or something close to that.
Agree with whodey partly on the Agility thing but surely there is something involving poor Vision there, he actually didn't pick up the QB and where he was running well at all.
