same salary, but morale bonus went from 12.1 to 1.1. how often is this calculated and is it always a bad idea to resign during the season?

I wonder if it re-set to the 20 day increment to get up to the bonus - may be a bug

it shouldn't for an extension, or same amount - only the raise amount should fall into this category

I'm not 100% how it works, but maybe your morale bonus is based off of the player's desired salary at the time of signing the contract?

So if you resigned at the same salary, that was once appropriate 2-3 seasons ago, the new desired salary would come into play.

nope, we only do contracts for the next season.

Dunno then. Sounds like it could be a bug.

Well, I tested it, and my morale didn't lower.

I was +12.4 (2.4 from contract) before and at the same salary I'm still at +12.4

what level of player? mine is in plateau.

I used a level 67.

Were there any team morale bonuses in play? That can change the morale you have shown on your profile.

Would be awfully hard to hit 12.1 from contract alone. Team might've had a strong single game promo, or maybe has strong home game season long promos, and you were now looking at it for an away game?

If it's on your level 79 dot, it was the free Nacho Day (last game) + 6 points of home game promos - would add up right.

makes sense, but couldnt that have applied to the new contract also? i debated for about a week b4 i posted.

These were 2 season contracts I am assuming.? I tried it on mine and it does that for one season but not two..
