I am a Blitzing OLB and I am maxed out in Jump The Snap, Pass Rusher, and Sure Tackler. Any other suggestions on VA'S?

My LB has streaky, power tackler, track star, sure tackler and jump the snap.
I don't think pass rusher or textbook tackler are the right VAs for a blitzing LB.

I don't like Track Star as much. Also, if you are noticing that the number of ticks to get to the QB is getting higher later in the game, you might want to consider Second Wind. Again, this is a build specific consideration, but I have seen good things with a combination of slow starter and second wind bringing huge boosts to pressure in the 4th.

Pass Rusher is a sound choice now that blitzing LBs usually have to break a block to reach the QB.
