QB's should not have game impacting blocks down field on pass plays. Lets face it most QB's have only 8 in blocking, that should not be enough to run all the way down field and Dotrape some poor defender. This Dotrape blocking from behind needs to stop in this game period, or add block in the back penalties.

Dotrape Gate isn't just about QB's, that's just the example I think is the most retarded. Rape blocking should be fixed across all positions.

It's really holding, but since there are only 2 penalties in all of GLB

Waiting for someone to figure out the exploit to this and do it all through the games, the only way they will do anything about it.

Call me old fashioned but unless it's a busted play where someone is running back across the field. QB's with only 8 blocking should not have any impact on blocking at all. That includes CB's with high speed ticking across the LOS from the opposite side who would catch or possibly catch a slightly slower RB, but can't because the QB all of a sudden turn's into a blocking FB and gets in the way of the CB.

This includes world league, sure QB's can have high strength, but they shouldn't have such good blocking skills I dunno if they don't have good BLOCKING. Bort is going to give me a fucking complex

Highly doubt you will see a QB blocking a CB in WL, not enough speed for one.
Not sure if you are against the QB blocking exclusively, if so might have to show more examples as the rookies are always going to look funky.

At the end of the day, this is basically my argument. If a QB can run down field throwing blocks with 8 in their blocking attribute. Then why does anyone else need the blocking attribute at all?

Throwing blocks and running down the field are two different things.
That play you linked with the QB running down the field, was simply that. He didn't block anyone that I could see.

And strength also has a factor in slowing down a defender (like a wall), blocking is needed for holding a defender a little longer.

He throws a block on the RE, not completely play impacting but still pretty damn retarded.

Still then, why is blocking attribute need if a QB with none can still block?

Seriously though if you made a rushing QB with 160 speed/90 Strength/90 Blocking/70 vision and have him pitching to a slightly slower HB. This is what you would end up with
