Hi there,

I thought that you continued to get VXP after your player hit the plateau (in fact I think I read it in the Wiki) but so far this season my guy's got nothing. Does VXP stop along with XP? If so, is there literally nothing left for me to do with my player now he's hit plateau, apart from the VA reset each off-season?

Watch his replays and sign/reject contracts.

So basically all I can do is watch replays, as said. Well, that's pretty boring!

You could also try getting into the co-ordinating part of the game and learning how to run a team. That can take up a lot of time.
