How long does it take for team chemistry, offensive and defensive take to build up? Are the situations that would help it increase quicker? I'd assume that the more you win the more it will increase. If your offense scores a lot of points will it increase more than if you score few points but still win (80-0 win or 10-7 win)?

Winning/losing has zero impact on chemistry. It is purely time-based.
