What could i do better

Can tell u from experience he will have some fumble issues from time to time, overall should do pretty decent though. 64 STR no coverup SA or not fumble % gear is probably to blame for the fumbles, my returner has 64 STR also and it happens from time to time for mine. Your build is pretty similar to mine overall and I led WL in punt return avg last season for what its worth.

Avoid fumble AEQ is pretty much a necessity for returners. You could have done with less vision and more strength / jumping / carrying / stamina. I like the SAs. Dot should be effective when not fumbling.
