It just happened again and it really does just piss you off!

My training bar for my blocking was at 65% per GLB. My training gain if I trained on Normal was 34% per GLB. That would have put my training bar at 99% which is exactly where I wanted it. I know its running close but per GLB it would put me at 99%.

I click on train and it rolled it over with NO training break thru!!! This is such bullshit!

Give me a damn pop up window that says "this will roll your training over...do you wish to proceed?" or just have it end at 99% per what GLB said it would.

There is no documentation to show decimals are used in training gains.

sheesh ... I found out years ago that trying to get something to 99% was hit or miss.

If you're gonna be that close, don't train it.

Great attitude for a representative of the game to have I know its broke so instead of trying to fix it just don't do something. Are you freaking kidding me!!!

They state that training percentages are only approximate. In this instance you got killed by the randomness factor. When it says 34 it really means likely 35 or 36.

I agree with you that this randomness factor should be better documented. In the meanwhile, if you are trying to train up to 90+%, I advise that you take the displayed training percentage, multiply it by 1.05, and then take that as the max. In this case it would be 36%.

Multi training is poorly documented also. Maybe they should look into it at the same time ...

+1000000000 There really is no need for the RNG factor or inaccurate percentages here other than break throughs of course. We should also get the option to turn off the possibility of a break through on training with a checkbox or something. With how much we pay for flex and how long it takes to build a dot why shouldn't we be allowed to make it more percise instead of getting fucked on the whole build by a bit of RNG

So the link you posted is in "Question and Answer thread #12". Really!!?? So an agent is supposed to blindly look all over GLB and do research before being able to simply train. For fucks sake!!

If they insist on having randomness with their training % than it should be in big bold red letters on the training screen. Now an agent is supposed to know that he should multiply his % by 1.05

Edit: Not mad at you Mandyross.....just at the logic of this game.

+1 I have been screwed by this very thing several times. There are enough technical details wrapped up in this game that a simple training session shouldn't require a math degree as well.

I had this exact same suggestion no telling how long ago. And they all bashed it saying there is a .xx after the %. So ofcourse +1 to the idea but also might just be easier if they make that .xx visible to us. So if its 65.51 and the gain for training is 34.00 then if trained it would be 99.51 so it would roll over. But atleast we would know and train on light or something different.

And here was one of my old suggestions to get rid of breakthroughs but was because of this same idea in the OP

Lol no worries, I understand. I looked into training percentages when I took over the code fixes of the VPB and it took me months, and several questions in the Q&A threads, to work out what was happening.
