Looks like a decent fizzle build, although I wouldn't want to use one at WR3. Dump YAC Attack as you don't have the strength, carrying, or SAs to break tackles. Does Catch Fake work well on a fizzle? Would be pretty cool if so, as they obviously struggle to create separation otherwise. I'd stay away from the last three possession receiver SAs, but not sure what to do with the remaining skill points.

Great # of targets for 104 Speed. Goes to show not everybody has to have 160+ Speed to be successful. I'll take 66% catch rate any day.
