I don't know if this has been mentioned previously or not, if this is beating a dead dog, but here goes.

Put a check box when creating EQ to Auto equip so you don't have to go through and create - equip every piece. I just created a bunch of dots and found this a PITA. And for something moving out of Beta this only seems to make the enjoyment that much enjoyable imo.
