So for team movement all team members must be withing the age range which I understand. However, I was wondering for University teams 21d-80d...does that mean that throughout the entire season everyone has to be under day 80? Or is that only when you move to that league? For example my teams ages ranges from 74-80 so if moved to that league would I be ok when my players turn 81 or will the 81day old guys get cut since you dont age in the off season correct?

The Age caps increase each day of the regular season. Thus on Day 10 of next season, University teams will be capped at 90d instead of 80d.
