I'm new to this league and plan on joining a friend's peewee team, but neither him or I are sure of when the deadline is to create your dot.

So, when should I create my DT so he can sign me? Today, tommorrow, day X?

you have to be zero days old to sign on to a pee wee team (and can't be boosted during S30)--so can build anytime between day 40 and day 0. teams will be able to sign them starting on day 42.

You can create anytime around 15-30 minutes after rollover begins on day 39-40 to day 48. I would wait until at least an hour to be safe so you don't get stuck with the 50XP that players get before the XP script runs. If they have that 50 XP they aren't eligible for PW.

You have to wait until day 42 to sign them because if you signed them today they would be booted from the roster at rollover. Tomorrow is the roster freeze.

i think if you sign before season 31 you have to sign them all over again on day 0 because the contracts are for 1 season only yes?

No, you can sign them during the offseason (day 42 - 48). You don't have to worry about the one season deal because all contracts end on day 40 and obviously day 40 would have already passed.
