Im suggesting a voting system like with the FFA to disallow certain folks the ability to post in certain forums until they can post things that make sense and aren't retarded.

Seriously, a User administered 24 hr ban or something after X votes.

Would be abused just like the karma feature has been abused in FFA and GD.
